Order fulfillment involves two phases:

• Processing: All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Transit:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch. ($12.95 flat rate).
  • Free Economy Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch. (Free on orders over $50.00).

All times are in business days and start after dispatch. International orders may be subject to customs clearance.

We ship worldwide to empower your projects everywhere. Please note that deliveries to some parts of Asia and remote regions may have restrictions or extended timelines. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us before ordering.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your order’s journey directly with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) right to your doorstep.

We specialize in professional-grade hardware. This includes items like durable power tools, specific fasteners (e.g., #10 x 2-1/2 In. Star Drive Wood Screws), elegant fixtures, and bulk packs—all selected with a focus on robustness and value for serious building projects.

Every order is packed with the same attention to detail we use in selecting our products. We use project-ready packaging (like specialized bulk screw packs) to ensure your items arrive securely and are ready for the job site or workshop.

We stand by our products. If you are not satisfied, you may return items in their original condition within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For returns due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our support team.
