5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

To maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Custom-Ordered or Made-to-Measure Products: Any hardware or tooling customized to your specific specifications (e.g., cut-to-length materials, engraved tools).
