2.1 Product Characteristics

We engineer professional-grade hardware and tools designed to withstand the toughest job site conditions. Product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices on our site are provided with accuracy. However, slight variations in color or finish may occur due to monitor settings or manufacturing batches. We reserve the right to update product information without prior notice.

2.2 Availability & Sales Regions

We ship to most global destinations. We do not currently ship to certain Asian countries or remote regions. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.

4. Ordering & Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only formed when you complete checkout and we send an Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.

4.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount (product price + shipping + applicable taxes) to your selected payment method at the time of order. For international orders, customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in our prices.

4.3 Shipping & Delivery

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. $12.95 fee. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery Times: Are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier schedules, or unforeseen events. We are not liable for delays once the carrier has taken possession of the shipment.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is detailed on our website and is incorporated into these Terms. Key points:

• Return Window: 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
• Process: Initiate by emailing [email protected] with the required template.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-ordered products, opened safety-critical consumables, and clearance/final sale items are final sale unless defective.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of our receipt and approval of the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
• Exchanges: We recommend processing a return and placing a new order for the fastest service.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of Arbor Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
